Terms & Conditions

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Mobility 2000 Ltd.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate. Where Mobility 2000 Ltd. agrees to provide a specifically designed plan, the Customer agrees to check the accuracy and suitability of the plan.

Before working with electricity, gas or water you should always consult an appropriate professional electrician or Gas Safe registered plumber. Always read and follow any relevant manuals and safety instructions. When working with electricity always turn off the mains. In connection with building work, Mobility 2000 Ltd. cannot advise on planning permission or building regulation issues.

Asbestos may be found in some older properties. If you have any concerns about the presence of asbestos you should seek advice from a licensed asbestos company.

The Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary planning permission and local authority consents and permissions for any work to be carried out and allowing Mobility 2000 Ltd. or its agent to inspect these prior to the commencement of work.
Any plan drawn by Mobility 2000 Ltd. is, and remains, its property and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without its previous written consent.

Mobility 2000 Ltd. will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of Mobility 2000 Ltd., Mobility 2000 Ltd. may not be able to do so. In such circumstances, Mobility 2000 Ltd. will contact the Customer and agree on an alternative date. The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the delivery to take place on the given date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Customer, the Customer may not be able to do so. In such circumstances, the Customer will contact Mobility 2000 Ltd. and agree on an alternative date.

As soon as Mobility 2000 Ltd. has delivered the goods, the Customer will be responsible for their safekeeping and Mobility 2000 Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage. If the Customer delays a delivery, Mobility 2000 Ltd.’s responsibility for everything other than damage due to its negligence will end on the date Mobility 2000 Ltd. agreed to deliver them as set out in the contract.

Ownership of the goods shall remain with Mobility 2000 Ltd. and shall not pass to the Customer until the agreed price for them, together with all other sums due from the Customer to Mobility 2000 Ltd., have been paid in full.


To the extent permitted by law, Mobility 2000 Ltd. accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

Contracts are made and accepted subject to these Conditions of Sale. Contracts that are made in Scotland shall be governed by Scottish Law otherwise this contract shall be governed by English Law and no other.

In these terms and conditions:


Mobility 2000 Ltd. means, Mobility 2000 Ltd. plc and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;

“We and Us” means Mobility 2000 Ltd. plc either alone or together with you, as the context requires;

“Working day” means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory and public holidays;

“You” means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions; Our details Mobility 2000 Ltd.

You may download and print extracts from this site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you by such downloading. You may not make any other use of material on this site. You are not allowed to copy (whether by printing onto paper, storing on disk or any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), tamper with or alter in any way or otherwise use any material contained in this website.

You are not allowed to copy any material from this website for any other commercial purpose.

You are not allowed to remove any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property notices or watermark contained in the original material or from any material copied or printed from the website.

You will indemnify us from and against all actions, claims suits, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of, or in any way connected with, use of the site by you or any other person using your login information.

You are not allowed to use the site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent orders.

This website consists of images, text, formats and styles of presentation, software (including HTML code) and material analogous to it (‘Material’). All copyright and other moral ownership and intellectual property rights capable of subsisting in the Material or derivatives of it from time to time is either owned exclusively or is licensed to Mobility 2000 Ltd. plc or one of its subsidiary companies.

You acknowledge our rights to the Material. Save as provided elsewhere in these terms you must not copy, modify, manipulate, transmit, perform, publish, display, license or create derivative works from Material accessed through this site. Where copying or transmission is expressly permitted, you must not display any author attribution or copyright notice.

This website also contains certain Mobility 2000 Ltd. plc (or a subsidiary company) trademarks (whether granted or applied for), graphics, logos and service names (‘devices’). The devices are owned exclusively by Mobility 2000 Ltd. plc or a subsidiary and may not be copied or reproduced in any format (save as provided elsewhere in these terms), or used in connection with any product or service without Mobility 2000 Ltd. plcs consent. All other trademarks not owned by Mobility 2000 Ltd. plc or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Mobility 2000 Ltd. plc or its subsidiaries.
